Maintenance Team Leader

Reports To: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The maintenance team leader works with his/her team to complete their weekly maintenance route, while efficiently using the vehicle and equipment assigned to them. The maintenance team leader will work directly with the maintenance manager and clients to add value to the properties by leaving them looking neat and clean.

Experience

We are looking for someone who has two to four years’ experience working on or leading a
team/crew. This person will have had experience using zero turn/ stand on/ and walk behind mowers. Experience operating larger vehicles a plus.

Qualifications

  • Pre Employment Drug Screening
  • Driver’s License
  • DOT Medical Card
  • Ability to use Industry Specific Time Keeping App
  • Ability to troubleshoot small equipment and routing issues.

Pay Range

  • $20-$23.00 Year-Round Work
  • Paid Training Onsite and Offsite

Paid Holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

40 Hours PTO to be used as needed after 6 months.
